Logitech Stood By Their Product - I'm Impressed

Two years ago, I purchased a Logitech VX Revolution Laser Mouse. I was extremely happy with it until two weeks ago, when it started malfunctioning. I looked online and saw that the mouse has a three year warranty. I called Logitech and after a few minutes of troubleshooting, they sent me a new mouse. They actually sent the Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX which is a step up from the one I had.

All it took was a 15 minute phone call. It's good to see a company stand behind their quality products.

When something breaks, don't just throw it out. Check if you are covered by the company's warranty. If not, check if you are covered by Amex.
